to "Insight Therapy Berlin" - the private practice for systemic work in German, English and Polish!
My name is Nathalie Detlefs. I am a psychologist and systemic therapist. I offer individual therapy, couples therapy and supervision in Schöneberg and online.
Are you interested in therapy sessions with me? Make an appointment for an initial consultation. I look forward to getting to know you!

„Problemtalk creates problems. Solutiontalk creates solutions.“ (Steve de Shazer)
Therapy can help you stabilize if you are currently in a crisis and suffering from anxiety or depression. Establishing solutions is the main focus.
You do not live in Berlin or you prefer to meet online due to the current situation? You can meet me online for counseling sessions.
Couples therapy offers you the opportunity to talk with your partner about difficult issues instead of remaining in speechlessness or escalating arguments.
Supervision is used to reflect on professional issues and actions. Teams, groups and individuals can use supervision as an effective tool for a fulfilling work life.
Are you interested in therapy? Don't hesitate to get in touch with me by phone or e-mail to arrange an initial consultation.
In the first meeting you get to know my way of working and you are welcome to describe your issue. After I get a first impression of your situation, we will then formulate goals for the therapy.
If you decide to start therapy after this first session, further appointments will follow. The frequency of which will depend entirely on your individual needs.
The rhythm varies between weekly and monthly appointments.
My way of working is based on the systemic approach and is characterized by my resource-oriented and empathic attitude. What distinguishes me is the sensitive way in which I connect with my counterpart.
In working with me, you will receive appreciative feedback about you and your situation. This outside perspective can help you look at your issues from a different angle and thus find a possible solution.
